Sheriffing/Uplifts

Sheriffs also do uplifts like for beta Releases etc

In order to make uplifts as useful as possible we need to document the Process of uplifts so that multiple people can do them and we don't rely on one person that be sick, on vacation etc - also we would be able to support multiple timezones like US/Europe etc

So the main part would be documentation and beside this:

also a Communication part:

• when you start to uplift patches
• when you expect it to be completed
• if you are busy with something else.
