* Jan 14: Update community participation processes. Including staff support, communication channels, and how to share test results. Open 1:1s to other mentors to see which cohort they'd be interested in.
* Jan 21: All alpha creators have tests scheduled. Goal: 3 Club Coaches, 10 Club Creators.
* Feb 1 - Feb 28: Testing with alpha cohort. Coaches supporting with 1:1s. Continue fortnightly calls. * Feb 15: Continued engagement campaign with 10K contributors. Prep for summer & later club opportunity.
* Mar 1: Initial insights and reflections. Discussion. Blog. Scope in-person training to run clubs.
* Mar 1 - 15: Iterate on offering. Invite next cohort. Module 2: Teaching with Mozilla in test-ready form.
