Changes

* <tt>urlclassifier.disallow_completions</tt>: list of tables for which we never call <tt>gethash</tt>* <tt>urlclassifier.trackingTable</tt>: list of Safe Browsing tables to use when looking for trackers (they need to be named <tt>*-track-*</tt>)
