Initially, there are totally 7 graduated school students, 1 PhD student and 1 3rd grade student who are led by Dr. Horng in the computer science department to work on this project. These countries include Taiwan, Singapore, the United States, Malaysia, the Philippines, Mauritius, India, Germany, Bangladesh, Mexico, Spain and Netherlands.
