The statement prior to mine only touches on the surface of what I percieve to be the problems - please correct me if I missunderstand. | |||
Firstly status has been made mandatory for a new theme whereas the selection only appears in the 'Trial' area - this is VERY misleading and has caused me to leave my themes in sandbox for many weeks!!! | |||
Secondly the initial status upgrade is described as 'Nominate' - this looks like a permissions bug. A person can NOT nominate themselves as Captain of a Team - HOW can an Author Nominate their product as anything but either 'On hold please trial' or 'Available pending quality control'?? | |||
To self nominate as 'Public' is misleading (as I have had quite a number of emails from end users to confirm) and has the potential, with time and absence of recollection to be dangerous to end users. | |||
