Update for the changes that split nsGlobalWindow into two separate classes
There are relatively few objects in Gecko that are associated with a
docshell rather than being associated with a particular one of the pages
inside of it. Most such objects are attached to the docshell. An important object associated with the docshell is the outer window object in nsGlobalWindowOuter which is what the DOM code HTML5 spec refers to as a WindowProxy (where both the outer and inner window into which Window objects are , as implemented bynsGlobalWindownsGlobalWindowInner, though HTML5 describes the outer window as a WindowProxyand the inner window as a Windoware loaded).
