Sharon Bautista of the Firefox User Research team will lead a mixed-level yoga practice. Some prior experience with basic yoga poses (downdog, warrior poses, sun salutation A, etc.) will be helpful. We’ll practice asanas (physical postures) for about 50 minutes and use the last 10 minutes for guided pranayama (breath work) and/or meditation. The practice will be scaffolded with options so you can make it more gentle or more vigorous, depending on your preference.
