If you don't already have your own plans how to start, you should do:
# Install [http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/ current stable SeaMonkey] and additionally a an [httpshttp://archivewww.mozillawg9s.orgcom/pub/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/ (unofficial) latest Trunk Version] will be required for Testing - simply unzip it. Also [https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~akalla/unofficial/seamonkey/nightly/ unofficial localized builds] might be interesting for you.

# Try to confirm some of the [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=runnamed&namedcmd=MyUnconfirmed-90d_beginners&list_id=12306107 UNCONFIRMED] Bug reports (only if you want, you also can pick a bug what seems interesting for you) or from [https://unofficialseamonkeynews.wordpress.com/2016/05/26/qa-new-whiteboard-tag-easyconfirm/ here].
