Mozilla Rep mentors play a crucial part in the success of the program. Mentors provide mentorship The Mentor's role is one of support. This involves a number of responsibilities, such as guiding new Reps within the Program, offering advice and guidance encouragement to Reps to ensure that Reps are successful their mentees and fulfilling their responsibilities. Mentors are also responsible for reviewing monthly reports, budget requests supporting them in staying active and swag requests filed by their engaged withing the RepsProgram.
