We contributors help each other, so that we they can better support Thunderbird users. tb-support-crew The list is a closed, and private list because it this is not a place for users to ask for support.

Support crew topic ideas:
* Current hot topics for users (eand new versions.g. public forums, blogs, knowledge bases, etc.)
* Has anybody else seen topic X in their community?
* How do we fix Y problem XYZ for a user?* We need a knowledge base What is the help article for topic Z, does anybody know of one? If notit doesn't exist, let's build one.
* Onboarding new support contributors.
* Effective use of , and best practices of , bugzilla &lt;--&gt; support venues &lt;--&gt; users.
