Our proposal for the 3D drawing API is a command buffer between the plugin and a 3D renderer. The exact format of the commands and interaction with the client will be linked to here shortlyin the near future.
There is currently only one configuration option for the 3D device, which is the size of the command buffer. Its likely additional configuration options will be added later.
