Undo revision 285855 by Narcisgarcia. We will not accept random SSL certs without asking just because the config file says so. Please don't change the doc without asking.

* Entry <ExpectedCert></ExpectedCert> with the expected SSL certificate. Useful for self-signed certificates or unknown CA, to be automatically accepted by M.Thunderbird, and not to ask for exception.
* Values specific to IMAP, e.g. bug 558659 (special folders), bug 572465 (subfolders) etc.. However, most of these can and should be done as IMAP extensions.
* All settings and enum values
