The Mozilla Rep who is owner these kinds of event are responsible for helping Mozilla volunteers who wish to attend this event to find accommodation.  There are good reasons for all Mozillians to stay at the same place because all Mozillians will get to know each other more easily, it's easier to organize evening activities but also things for the event itself, it's much more fun and last but not least, it helps save a lot of money.
