== Summary ==
Firefox 4 has the hidden ability to load tabs on-demand by setting the maximum number of concurrent tabs being restored to “0” — now that the feature has been in the wild for a while, we'd like to expose it as part of the session restore preferences. Since this makes startup a lot faster, and uses a lot less memory, it's an option we'd like our power users to make use of.

== Release Requirements ==
* Ability to toggle on-demand loading of tabs.
== Designs ==
When you select “Show my windows and tabs from last time” in Prefs -> General, we should show an indented checkbox “Load on demand” that toggles this setting.
