Each release is tagged in the form BZAPI_X.X_RELEASE, so feel free to pull a tag instead of the tip.
If you are installing on Ubuntu, you'll need at least the following modules (and probably many more):
sudo apt-get install libcatalyst-perl libcatalyst-modules-perl libcatalyst-action-rest-perl
and the following Perl modules via CPAN:
BZ::Client Catalyst::Plugin::Log::Handler
