Add a link and descriptive text for the [https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck plugincheck service] to the "Plugins" section of the Addons Manager. Until there is plugincheck functionality in Firefox proper, this will provide users with a simple method to determine if their plugins are up-to-date.
