The meaning of the priorities for leaks is as follows:
* P1: For bugs that affect lots of users(or seriously hamper our ability to identify and isolate bugs).
* P2: The default priority; used for bugs that aren't clearly P1 or P3.
* P3: For bugs that affect small number of users, eg. because the leak only manifests if multiple add-ons are installed.
