Changes

The current MozAudioAvailable implementation integrates with Mozilla's decoder abstract base classes, and therefore, any audio decoder which uses these base classes automatically dispatches MozAudioAvailable events. At the time of writing, this includes the Ogg , WebM, and WebM Wave decoders but '''not''' the Wave decoder.
