:No. The upgrade to SeaMonkey 2.0 migrated (copied) the whole profile. The upgrade from SeaMonkey 2.0 to 2.x will just convert your bookmarks (silently and only once). The rest is mostly left untouched. In contrast the upgrade to SeaMonkey 2.0 migrated (copied) the whole profile.
