All fields are in big-endian format.
The signatures are in NSS / OpenSSL / big-endian order and not CryptoAPI order.
If CrytpoAPI CryptoAPI is used to check a signature, the bytes of the signature must be reversed before verifying the signature using CryptVerifySignature.
