ReMo/Student Reps: Difference between revisions

Mozilla Student Reps are students** who are '''passionate about Mozilla and raise awareness''' for the many benefits of Firefox and other Mozilla products. They are '''point persons''' for those, both at their school or in their communities, who want to get involved in [http://www.mozilla.org/contribute/areas.html different functional areas] and '''help Mozilla accomplish great things'''.

**Registration is currently open to students age 18 and older. Registration for students age 17 and younger available in February 2011.

The Student Reps program is an integral part of [http://wiki.mozilla.org/remo Mozilla Reps (ReMo)], and together they form a holistic volunteer organization within [[Engagement/Contributor_Engagement|Contributor Engagement]].

Situated within ReMo, Student Reps and offers young, new contributors mentorship and a clear path to become official representative in their community. Student Reps and Mozilla Reps work closely on the regional level to accomplish goals and advance as contributors.
