Console+ is an extension for Firefox. Console+ can evaluate XPCOM Components and interfaces as well as regular JavaScript, which makes it useful in developing addons or extensions. It also has a error console listener for direct interaction, plus a XUL explorer where one can create and test XUL without using XULRunner.
