Grow mozilla draft: Difference between revisions

[[Stewards]] (content experts from different project areas) craft community building strategies that are used to guide potential contributors into volunteer opportunities.  Potential contributors are reached through online channels (eg, [http://www.mozilla.org/contribute Get Involved pages]) and offline channels (eg, events organized by [[ReMo|Mozilla Reps]]) using tools (eg, [[Mozillians/Events_Manager|Events Manager]]).  Each team sets community health and growth targets to measure and optimize the effectiveness of converting people into casual and active contributors.
