Grow mozilla draft: Difference between revisions

As volunteers take on an [[Modules|ownership role]] and deepen their involvement, they mature and become core contributors.  These volunteers are peers with Mozilla employees who are also core contributors through their ownership of defined roles in the organization.  Through the Advisors program, an effort to identify Mozillians with unique insight, core contributors are given the opportunity to share their experience at all levels of Mozilla.
