Grow mozilla draft: Difference between revisions

As volunteers take on an ownership role (such as being a [[Modules|Module Owner]] and deepen their involvement, they mature and become core contributors.  These volunteers are peers with Mozilla employees who are also core contributors through their ownership of defined roles in the organization.  We are also working to create an Advisors program, an effort to identify Mozillians with unique insight, that would give core contributors the opportunity to share their experience at all levels of Mozilla.
