Grow mozilla draft: Difference between revisions

Staff and volunteer experts from different functioanl and regional areas craft community building strategies that are used to match potential contributors to opportunities.  Potential contributors are reached through online channels (such as [http://www.mozilla.org/contribute Get Involved pages]) and offline channels (eg, events organized by [[ReMo|Mozilla Reps]]) using various tools (such as [[Mozillians/Events_Manager|Events Manager]]).  Each team sets community health and growth targets to measure and optimize the effectiveness of converting people into casual and active contributors.
