* Create and maintain a curated list of 50 mentored bugs that can be handed out to promising new contributors as they arrive through the various channels.
** Measure the rate of creation of new mentored bugs, rate of fixing mentored bugs, find out overall percentage of all mentored bugs that have been fixed
* Create processes for manually connecting people with opportunities (eg, pointing someone to a bug in IRC) and for giving people a self-service way to get connected (eg, through the [http://www.joshmatthews.net/bugsahoy/ Bugsahoy tool]).
