add a difficulty and an interval column in feature tables

Ubuntu has bite size bugs, that is, easy to patch bugs.
Also, you had to implement a feature, but there was not enough time, because the feature was too hard to implement (show a window's parents in the window like Preferences -> Advanced -> General).
Also, if two features are equally important, you should implement the easy one first, because you'll work in the unmentioned medium ones faster, then implement the hard one last.
So there should be a column with Difficulty (easy, medium or hard) and Interval (short, medium or long) in the Feature tables, but start from the Inbox, because it is easy and short.
