We are currently experiencing a largely negative sentiment mostly due to the Flash issues. At this point 1/3 or more of all negative comments on Input and 18 or Top 20 SUMO threads are related to Flash. We've got roughly 60,000 page views for our documentation. Anything we can do to give them better visibility will help.
