**Before you can scroll down the tag list, you have to open it first. It would be nice if this action would be inverted (tag list open by default, at least when a preference is enabled).

*How about a feature which can create tag rules - similar to mail rules in MS Outlook. For example: if the bookmark is from YouTube - then tag it "video"
