The first step in the process to become a fellow for the 2012-13 term involves [http://mozillaopennews.org/fellowships/apply.html filling out an application]. The deadline is August 11. After August 11th, all applications will be reviewed by a small reviewing panel. By September 1, a final batch of 20-30 semifinalists will be selected and interviews conducted both in-person and virtually, depending on location and availability. Finalist will be notified by Oct 1 and a public annoucement of our 2013 fellows will be made at the [https://mozillafestival.org/2013 Mozilla Festival] in London November 9.
