Ben's loftiest Mozilla contribution to date is his design of the Extension System. He has also contributed to the Software Update System, Windows Shell integration, the Download user interface, the Options user interface and other things ("things" is too broad. can we say features, key elements of Firefox, etc.?). Before Firefox, Ben worked for Netscape -- contributing to the Mozilla Application Suite, writing much of the Bookmarks front end and the original Classical theme (pls. define or tell what it allows users to do).
Ben led the launch of the Firefox web browser, which has resulted in more than 52 million Firefox downloads since November 2004. Ben has been crucial to the creation of the Extension System and has made significant contributions to the Software Update System, Windows Shell integration, the Download user interface, the Options user interface and many other features.
