Tighter integration is needed to lock down Firefox for kiosk mode. Opera is far ahead of FF on this one, even with existing extensions. If possible, ways to boot directly into Firefox should be explored.
At least a command-line argument to launch in full screen mode (sans window buttons) would be helpful.
