There's currently no way If you prefer, you can change Fennec to always restore your tabs regardless of how it was killed. To change the session this preference, go to Settings > Customize > Tabs. Select "Always restore behavior outlined above" if you want your tabs to always reappear after Fennec is killed, but preferences for configuring session or "Don't restore will be added soon ({{bug|801412}})after quitting Fennec" to use the default behavior.
