We need the capacity to include at least the following: * Search results/output* FAQ* Instructions for how to use the system (text, video, exemplars) We need to figure out: * How many items of information appear on a single output page (e.g. tabs vs. hyperlinks)* What kind of interface would convey the information more succinctly and intuitively* How the user would interact with the output to provide feedback on it, edit it, add to it, etc.
