This is to get updates from 3.0RC1 to 3.0RC2 on release. The patch is [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=323052 here], and was checked in after PatcherConfig ran and before patcher began to create the updates (ie while it was downloading the mar files).
