Changes

Create a “core project team” comprised of cross-section of FTEs on a 6 month special assignment. This  The roles in this team to be led by a product manager are still TBD, but likely consist of at least: * Product design: requirements gathering, stakeholder validation, etc (maybe Bryan Clark proposed?)* Project coordinator: ensuring strong communication within the team, to other Mozilla stakeholders, and to local teams* Interaction & prototype design: everything from paper prototypes to wireframes that can be assessed in field tests and other user testing scenarios* Developers, who with a particular focus on rapid prototyping / iteration, good UX instinct This team will work closely with Ben Moskowitz and David Ascher, and periodically report into the Steering Committee. No HR changes to take placefor existing staff (they would be seconded to the project for a fixed duration).
