Create a “core project team” comprised of cross-section of FTEs on a 6 month special assignment.  The roles in this team are still TBD, but likely consist of at leastSee https: * Product manager: requirements gathering, stakeholder validation, etc (maybe Bryan Clark?)* Project coordinator: ensuring strong communication within the team, to other Mozilla stakeholders, and to local teams* Interaction & prototype design: everything from paper prototypes to wireframes that can be assessed in field tests and other user testing scenarios* Developers, with a particular focus on rapid prototyping / iteration, good UX instinct This team will work closely with Ben Moskowitz and David Ascher, and periodically report into the Steering Committee/mozilla.
