General Concerns

• I expect that my metric gathering abilities will improve a lot on Kitsune - right now, it's hard to track changes on the Knowledge Base.

• Doc metrics only include activity on MDC and the MoMo Knowledge Base. How do we count doc contributions that aren't hosted or owned by MoMo? (like FLOSS Manuals and mozjonathan's awesome blog post on gloda and TB architecture? http://blog.xulforum.org/index.php?post/2011/01/03/An-overview-of-Thunderbird-Conversations ) (updated decision - include them)

• metrics gathered from status reports and scanning the MDC RSS feed; may be missing contributions to sumomo
