Thunderbird:Autoconfiguration review policy

Process

The review should be held in two parts :

1. Making sure the information in the xml file is correct based on the information available online and the information provided by the contributor.
2. A technical verification (checking MX domains etc ....), followed by a commit.

Checking the XML file

The xml file should follow the format and process of creation detailed at https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Thunderbird/Autoconfiguration/FileFormat/HowTo once the contributor as followed these instructions.
