Trash Mailbox

The Trash mailbox is for collecting mail the user declared as trash by deleting. Messages could also have been marked trash by filters, but only filters created by the user.

Displayed Folder Pane

In the Folder Pane the Trash mailbox does not display the count or appear bold to indicate new or read messages. We do not show a count or unread indication because messages sent to the Trash were done so manually and therefore doesn't require an indication of how many are there.
