Project summary
- Deliveries are the executive dashboard populated by both v2 and v4 values
- Project broken into 3 stages - POC/validation (11/12), handling unexpected differences (TBD), Operationalization (TBD).
- Describing explanations for why differences exist between the streams
Exec Summary
- Hamilton has new dashboard wired up, waiting for data
- Mreid processing data provided by :joy, will need to process it for another day or so
- team checks in on friday to wire up dashboard and review as a group, then get stakeholders to review
- stages 2 and 3 to be planned based on deliverable.
POC:
- Executive dashboard with consolidated data set
- Plot both lines, show values on roll over (and % difference)
- High level metrics showing how much change is introduced in v4. For each measure, take last monthly value and have a table on the page. Explains the difference in the measures.

- get initial data wired to dashboard

- get fuller (180 day) data set wired up
