Setting up the Session

1. Create a test profile:

• Start Firefox with Profile Manager:
  • Windows: C:\location_of_firefox\firefox.exe -P -no-remote
  • Mac: /location_of_firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -P -no-remote
  • Linux: /location_of_firefox/firefox -P -no-remote
• Create a new profile
  • Click "Create Profile"
  • Give the profile a name and click "Create"
  • Select the profile and click "Start Firefox"

2. Install Crash-me Extension

3. Create a test session:

• Window 1:
  • Open 5 tabs with different websites
  • Make window maximized
• Window 2:
  • Open three tabs with different websites
    • 1: App Tab: Right Click > Make Into App Tab
    • 2: Ex-App Tab: Right Click > Make Into App Tab > Right Click > Make Into Normal Tab
    • 3: Normal tab
  • Make window minimized
• Window 3:
  • Open 10 tabs with different websites
  • Make window a unique size and position on the screen

4. Enable Session Restore:

• Open Preferences/Options window
• Select the General tab
• When Firefox Starts: Show my windows and tabs from last time
