Ben the email marketing manager for Mozilla. He is a former newspaper reporter, government communications flack. After 10 years in the newspaper business, he joined the staff of Gov. Bev Perdue in North Carolina as the new media director. From that role, Ben developed a keen interest in email marketing and moved on to become the marketing director for Contactology, an Email Service Provider based in Durham, NC.

He is very excited to be working with the user engagement team on email marketing.
