Bugzilla

• Initial feedback beginning to come in.
• Code in Hg now has support for reading and writing of flags and custom fields, and reading of groups.
• API 0.2 release with those features blocked on installation of small patch on bugzilla.mozilla.org and the staging server, to make it more forthcoming with important data
• Documented and then started work on /config call, which gives a boatload of information about Bugzilla's configuration
