I've just noticed a slight improvement in the docs that could be made. Specifically, on this page, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management/Requesting_an_Uplift under "Requesting Uplift using moz-phab". I think it would be helpful to move the explanation of how the moz-phab uplift command works from Step 3 to Step 2, as you first use the command in step 2 and you would need to read ahead to understand the context if you encounter a failure at that point.
