Bug report for Høgnorsk localization

IANA/IETF registry with official language variant subtag.

About Høgnorsk (in Høgnorsk)

Summary for English users:

Høgnorsk is a distinct variety of the Norwegian (Nynorsk) language. It was official until 1938, when the official orthography was changed in favour of a convergence towards Bokmål.

Høgnorsk is still used today, and the official IANA/IETF variant subtag is 'hognorsk', with the preferred prefix+subtag nn-hognorsk (though no-hognorsk is also possible).

The main characteristics of Høgnorsk as compared to the official variety of Nynorsk, is the use of an orthography more or less in accordance with the 1864/1873 codification of Nynorsk by Ivar Aasen or the 1901/1917 official orthographies, and the near-absence of loanwords from Bokmål/Danish.
