We are working with Mozilla Gigabit Fund project in Chattanooga. We are Hixson High School collaborating with CSAS and UTC. We are working on building a water quality station, and placing it in local creeks. In building the water quality station, we are using a microcontroller (Arudino). The students learn about the environment and basic programming. They also learn how to use the web in the respect of learning and they develop ethics within social media etc.
