The purpose of this meeting is to have check-in on the status of the Mark Up dark launch.

Status

• Many issues with DB scaling that caused the app to fail.
• Fred fixed a number of issues.
• Not possible for more than 3 people to leave a mark. Race condition. Fixed 1 of the issues.
• DB issues remaining:
  • Missing DB indexes.
  • Marks are too large; will not fit in DB with all expected marks.
• Marks are not being validated.

Action Items

• Fred - Identify and Fix remaining bugs
• Ryan and Fred - Re-define requirements
• Matt - Will hand-off other projects and refocus on testing Markup
• Jabba - Will react accordingly to redefined requirements
