1998

The site goes live with a developer focus and a community powered design style.

2004

The site develops a more user friendly style since it is now serving Firefox and Thunderbird downloads (compared to the earlier version that was focused on getting people to download source code).

2005

The brown user friendly site changes to a blue style.

2006

With the new mozilla.com site serving Firefox and Thunderbird downloads, the product information is taken off of mozilla.org.

2009

A refresh of the design brings back a community focused style.

2010

The design evolves to optimize elements of the site.
